What a horrible experience. This organization does not understand what Customer Service is. We made reservations for my sister and her husband to stay here while they were in town this weekend. We went over at 2:45 to get them checked in, We walked in and there was nobody behind the desk. The girl yelled from the office "How can I help you?" Great place.we at reservation at a lodge in town.we lost the room.we called and the woman put us right in . very friendly and clean rooms and quiet..will rent it again.when we come up again
