BAD!! THEY COULD NOT GIVE US EXTRA PILLOWS, NO ONE CLEANED ROOM IT SMELLED OF BO, THIRD NIGHT I DRIED OFF ON TWO WASH CLOTHES BECAUSE THEY DID NOT BRING FRESH TOWLES. STAFF COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH & NO MICROWAVE, DRYER OR ANY EXTRAS. BAD BAD AD
The elevator broke and basically they told us to find another hotel. My fiancé is a quadriplegic and the handicap rooms are all on the second floor. We had no way of getting to the second floor without using the stairs. How is a quadriplegic supposed to use the stairs?
Okay for a one night stay for cheaper than most. Big room, big bed, TV, AC. But a few hours into being there we found a roach in the shower that my husband had to kill. There were also brown stains on the sheets in a few spots. It kind of made the rest of the night feel icky but we were at a concert all night and just needed to sleep.
