The room is great, very clean, staff is wonderful to work with. Nice pool also. Very close to silver dollar city!!
Nicest pool and service around. We usually stay elsewhere but they closed so we were happy to find Crestview. Not fancy just a clean good place for a good night's sleep. Nine foot pool kept the kids happy and let me mention the service again. This guy made extra sure out stay was good. Huge TV and extra nice outdoor pool.
This is a great little budget inn just outside the entrance to Silver Dollar City. The rooms were very clean and the service was fantastic! You can tell they have put a lot of work into renovating this hotel! Pros: great service, clean rooms, fill size refrigerator in the rooms, large TV, new bedding. Cons: some things are older and worn like the bathtub, the towels are small and there were only 3 in a double queen room, only 2 pillows on each bed. We had our AC unit not working in 328 that we had to get a fan from the front desk. Blamed it on door being left open but even when it wasn't and the ac on high it froze up so we put it on low and did the same and had to go to the front desk after midnight and ask for the fan back and the husband of the very kind lady at the desk that gave up her personal fan from the lobby so we were kinda comfortable slammed the door in my husband's face when he said the room should be refunded because they were booked up and couldn't put ... read more
This hotel sounded like a scam. We booked 2 queen bed room and they said they will charge for kids additionally. While 4 adults room having $8 more they charged $23 additional for under 10 kids. Asked to pay us in cash, when we declined and strictly used card, staff is not willing to give receipt. While we were mentioned receipt must for me, insisted to give hand written.
