Very basic, paper thin walls and ceilings. Staff was ok

Its a basic motel an the staff is cool HOWEVER this last reservation I made, I didnt even get to stay because Jenny, the girl at the front desk messes up my reservations. I called to see if it was possible to change my reservation to 1 night instead of two and what would be the rate IF I changed the reservation now, since I had to check in that same day and could not make changes online. The room seemed to be clean. After showering, I lifted up the white towels from floor. They are black. Very disappointing. The lady at front desk took my phone and took a picture of my picture to tell house keeping. Just crazy.
You can walk to old town Sacramento along the river very nice!
Reasonable rates, clean rooms, friendly staff, proximity to American River Bike Trail.
The motel was clean and the staff was nice. However the the paper thin walls allowed for the stay to suck. Friday night we could hear all the excitement of the love a couple shared for each other. Everyone the toilet flushed it sounded as of we were standing in the same room. We complained several times with no success at the noise stopping. The price is great if you don't plan on sleeping. But if you want to sleep and be well rested pay the extra $$ and fine a different hotel. I will never stay at this motel 6 again.
