Our reservations were made for the night prior to checking in so that we could have an early check in, it was noted in the comments on the reservation that we would be arriving in the morning & to please not cancel the rooms. At the time of check in they told us they had canceled our reservations & charged us for a no show even though it was stated that we were going to check in on the morning.
