room wasn't ready waited 30 minutes for a to be cleaned NIT CLEAN horrid. no manager on site until Monday. asked for a bottle of bleach the maids left for the day REALLY. reservations were for a handicap room non smoking, NOT I am already so plugged up I can hardly breathe. this is the nastiest place I have ever seen. I have seen places where hookers frequent this is worse. garbage out side all over needles in the parking lot. I have filed a complaint with corporate. if I get sick or my kid I will be suing.
This location is the filthiest, inside and out I have ever stayed. The sidewalks the parking lot and the rooms all have visible layers of grime and need a gas powered pressure washing. the way the outside is cared for reflects inside the rooms also. I used hot water to "mop" the floor so we could take our shoes off. WOW this place is GROSS. we will never return.
Motel 6 in Tracy, California is phenomenally better. I had to stay at the Orangeburg location because I was in the process of getting an apartment...that was a mistake. There is another location in Modesto, however, if you can go to the Tracy location, I believe you will be happier.

My wife and I have stayed in this Motel 6 several times and have always found it to be clean, friendly and the best pricing in the area. Like the management staff who are always accommodating and professional. Exactly what we should expect as customers. Thank you Motel 6- Orangeburg Avenue. 5-Stars!!
