RecommendedCleanest and cutest Hotel. Our room was decorated from 1963. Pool was closed due to COVID. I would for sure stay there when in Santa Barbara. 5 out of 5 for sure.
rude staff. Unacceptable service in the face of a legitimate concern. The only person that took accountability and initiative was from guest services. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Do not come here unless you want to be treated with disrespect.
I liked the room and the pool. The price was ok.
Vile! towels absolutely fight, covered in stains! Shower was filthy too! Absolute Rip off, would rather sleep on the beach!
