Stayed in a dual queen size bed room. One of the beds were broken and tried to call “Guest Services” and no avail. Had to call the front desk by my cell phone. We left and was charged by a “damage fee” even after reporting. Worse place ever
I was on the road with my husband, started calling 4 hrs ahead of time before arrival time. I must have called 20 + times and no answer. I guess Inez is just so busy with his wonderful customer service ( as stated in the other review) he didn't have time to answer the phone. Great professional staff.......
Best motel i been in. Wood floor were clean, atmosphere was welcoming, nice people, i felt like part of the family.
