No channel line up in room..you would think that would be provided as a courtesy! I had to talk the desk clerk into lending me the hotel copy.Further the phone in the room was unusable due to static on line. The pièce de resistance was a remote that didn't work...and the desk clerk didn't have any replacements or new batteries! Unacceptable!
The tub/shower was dirty, air wasn't working, and it was just like a third rate hotel
