Purchase a room on April 27th 2018, no hot water around 11pm, call the front desk, the lady stated we have a full house, ok, woke up at 7am, still no hot water and check again around 11am my check out time, still no hot water for me to shower, am disappointed, turn the key in to the man at the front and another customer stated the she had the same issue
