No hot water it was just nasty and I will not stay there again I use to stay there all the time but not again
bed bugs and roaches ! when brought to managments attention they said sorry for your luck and refused a refund . police report and health department will be filed
My brother and I stopped here for the night on our way to Galveston. The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly
This place has been home since September for me. The staff are very nice, rooms are clean well kept, beds are comfy and they aim to take care of their customers. The pool is very nice and well clean. The maids are friendly and take care of things promptly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Also no bugs so no worries there.
This hotel was horrible. Stear clear of this place!
There was a mix up with my reservation but the lady at the desk was very helpful. The issue had more to do with the Motel 6 website than human controlled situations. Our stay there was nice, a little more water pressure & maintenance (bathroom sink faucet only trickled) would be nice, but the beds were comfy, the room was clean, had adequate supply of clean, thirsty towels. Would probably stay there again but the next time will call the location directly & get things all set up.
The people were really nice and helpful. And we never seen any roaches. No bugs at all in the room. For those that seen the roaches, maybe y'all brought them with you.
This hotel has New ownership that cares about their customers and refranchized the place so it gets that corporate structure. Immediate renovations went under way when I started staYing here. Seven months later I'm still here and I feel at home.
Love the new remodel rooms great place to stay!!!!!!!
