Out of state on job, Motel 6 always our 1st choice due to $, quality, pet policy- however after 7 weeks of stay we were told the would not continue our stay because we called the corporate office and complained!!!!! The washer left out clothes wet, 3 days we wore dirty clothes and the ones that were in the wash were dripping wet in a plastic bag in our room- Management saw no urgency in our dilemma, nor even offered to pay the $1 back - my clothes were ruined, when I reported this BOBBY GAVIN replied she didn't work on washers, after that our every contact with her was met with rudeness- as is our right we complained to the corporate HQ - that evening I was headed to the front desk when I overheard BOBBY GAVIN telling her staff about my complaint - which didn't include any other staff member but BOBBY GAVIN- it is my intent writing this review to draw attention to the absolute lack of professionalism of this manager BOBBY GAVIN and to urge the owner to remove her from her position there- her staff was misinformed and led to believe I complained about them- I did not!! After being in the customer service industry some 22 years I am appalled at the treatment I received at BOBBY GAVINs hand- I am appalled that anyone with her limited people skills and even more limited problem solving ability has been left in charge of what is otherwise a fine establishment. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM HERE AND YOU COMPLAIN YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT- BEWARE!
