Staff was rude and frankly impossible to understand. Booked a room, with confirmation, and called 2 times to let them know I would be middle of the night/early morning checking in. First call to let them know rang endlessly with no one answering the phone in the lobby. Called and hit for reservations and the guy answering said he was at the location. This place should be treated with the same rules you use at camp, bring your own linen, coffee pot, and cleaning supplies. Now, before you keep reading, I am a real person who actually stayed at this place in July 2025. I didn't listen to the other reviews, I thought another hotel had some sort of vengeance out for this place. Joke was on me. This was literally the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The floors were sticky and didn't look like they'd been swept in weeks. Stains on everything, including the walls. The guy working the fromt desk was helpful, I guess, but they gave us one towel for the four of us and when I asked for more he gave us two more and said they didn't have any left. We won’t go back. Negatives: Smoke smell in hallway. Despite keeping the air conditioning on and the room appropriately cool, the room’s bare floors remained damp (oily?) through our 2 nights, and towels never dried. The room had only 2 skimpy, dingy, odd-feeling towels (1 set: bath towel, hand towel?) provided for the 4 of us.
