My room was not ready the 1st or 2nd time I stopped by even after booking and being told they had a room ready. Wayne, front desk, was rude from the start. No WiFi avaliable despite advertising. Never saw Craig, GM, despite being told I would speak to him that morning and then told he would call me. I don't like being lied to. Customer service was aweful!
