I had a sleep study thru Cleveland Clinic - they contract rooms at Motel 6 in Medina. I walked in and clerk had mask down talking to girl with no mask. Then a guy walked through without a mask. In the morning, two male employees were there without masks. I had to have a Covid test to have the sleep study AND I was advised not to go any where in between my test and the study!
smoke detectors were ripped off walls and were buzzing with no batteries only 1 light worked tried moving us to different room and couldn't get in and hot tub broke VERY UN IMPRESSED
the whole motel is filthy room doors dont lock equipment dont work in rooms Pool was filthy and no light at nigh They allow pets that some ppl dont control news and they're bathroom behavior smells And some of the staff was rude mainly at desk I also ended up with major cold from dirt in room and having the air on I will never stay at Hotel Hell again They need to turn the lights off
Not what was advertised at all!!! There was supposed to be a pool and we were told that it was down for repairs and upon further research found out that it's been down for a YEAR!!! THEN we decided to not stay after driving around for about an hour and politely asked if we could have a refund and were given an attitude by the front desk person as she told us their 20 minute policy which isn't posted anywhere and were told we should have been able to make up our minds in 20 minutes. sorry we just dropped off our stuff so we c... read more
Dirty rooms ,girl working night shift charged us for an extra room for her and her boyfriend and she assaulted a guest .there tv's were small and old oh and the drain in the tub was clogged
Pleasantly surprised! We needed to make an unplanned stop for the night and we felt discouraged because the first two hotels we came across caused us to drive by without even going in because they looked really sketchy/kind of scary. This hotel is very clean, smells good, is newly renovated, and even has a pool! We really scored! Yay...
This place is a real shit hole walk into the room and immediately smelled urine the bed had blood stains on it and then I noticed the stains on the wall which looks suspiciously like ejaculate I would not recommend this motel to anyone for any reason if I could give it 0 stars I would it's amazing this place is still in business
0 review after hearing about motel 6 turning away a 20 year old military man. it was in Atlanta,and he wanted to make sure he would get some sleep before leaving on his flight to his new post. thanks motel 6 for turning away a man that is serving our country!!!!
