My son is on vacation with a 5 year old been traveling all day booked this hotel weeks ago and when they got to the hotel they were told there were no rooms because they booked it before they started relocating people ???? Seriously???? I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t have s room after you book weeks in advance!!! Poor management and lacking in the customer service department!!!! Don’t bother booking here!!!!
This Motel6 is awesome cheap price and all new rooms with wood floor wow we are in a room awesome the customer service is A1 two thumbs up
Roaches roaches and more roaches other than that the room was clean bathroom ok.
Perfect little stop! It's clean. Towels and toiletries are minimal because the price fantastic!!! The office was awesome, my room is clean and my dogs are safe and happy! We will be back!!!
I already sent in my complaint. You have me blocked from making any comments other than here. It's going on 6 months now since I have called Guest Relations and still nothing has been done to make things right! If any patrons complain, they will delete your comments and block you too. Motel 6 has lost my business and all of my friends.
Stopped here a couple times on trips, and the rooms were clean and comfy. Night staff was very welcoming checking in, and morning staff courteous when checking out. Price was higher than the Travel Inn we originally looked at, but there was a reason. The Travel Inn looked funky and we were willing to pay a higher price for the better service.
