Rudest management I’ve ever experienced in my life. They cussed us out over asking for a different room because our cable box wouldn’t work. This is after trying to charge us a extra $20 from what we paid the night before. Would definitely recommend not staying here. Ramada in across the street is a much better place to stay. Same prices and they don’t treat you like trash when you walk in the door.
doesn't seem to have been updated in 20 years. extremely small, layout of room sucked. The 2 ladies at night shift until 10p were better to deal with than the man on day shift. could've cost even less.
The room was not clean. Chewed gum on the headboard, shreds of paper on the floor, a used toothpick next to the bed, hairs on the counter and sink, splatters and smears on the mirror. Mold all over the bathroom walls. The bathroom fan was broken and dangling over the toilet. The smoke detector started chirping during the night and continued until we left. Burn holes in the bedspread. Filthy carpet in the halls.
We had a horrific almost stay at the local America's best value inn and Jasmine saved us. She was fantastic she was so sweet to us. She got us 2 rooms in the spare of the moment they were very clean and most of all we were safe. I appreciate her being so good to us!
