I was told by the location that because I had called in less than 15 minutes and the room was untouched I could receive a refund. This was the refund policy I was spoken to about. I was told by an employee named Francisco. I had paid in cash. He told me I could come back this morning 9/25/2020 and speak with the manager between 8am/9am. I was there by 8:05am. Do not stay here. Canceled reservation through a third party site and still ended up being charged for a night's stay. Called and asked for a refund and was told "business is not going to lose money to keep customers" will ever recommend, will never stay here again. Basically stole money from me.
Hate this place rude...staff some were nice like Ron one of the house keepers. dirty i had to clean before shower ... out dated and bugs!
