We stayed 4 days and our room was never cleaned. We didn't get towels we added an additional night because and couldn't even check in The night staff was incoherent and seemed off. We were harassed about our parking. EMS and police were on site several times. The fire alarms in the room were broken. Do not stay at this hotel it's dangerous and the customer service is absolutely awful the worst in 25 years of travel I have experienced. I stayed at this motel for a while two hours before I noticed a bed bug crawling on my chest. I killed the bug and immediately went to the office, who told me nothing could be done until morning. I came back in the morning, and told them what happened. They told me that they had their head of housekeeping thoroughly check their room, and they found nothing. I literally left the dead bug on a piece of plastic on the counter and they told me I must have brought it in. I’ve got bites all over my arm now. I was refused a refund.... read more

All of the people leaving more than 1 star reviews are lying. The place is dirty, smells and the flickering lights are something out of a horror scene. We were there for only 15 minutes and they refused to give us a refund and we were forced to ride it out.
This is a NASTY NASTY motel!!!!!! People there will try to charge your card unauthorized!! The rooms are broken and filthy!!! There are people doing shady things in the parking lot. Don't bother booking here not worth the risk!!
Terrible hotel! My friend got bedbugs and our room was ice cold with no temp controls. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
