3pm desk clerk (female) was very unfriendly. She never acknowledged me. No hello, no thank you, no nothing. She gave me a room key that was already occupied. Pretty strange when I walked in on them. Place reeked of pot.
Initially, I was very hesitant to check into the area due to some bad reviews and unfriendly looking neighbors, but as I entered the semi called lobby, my first thought was it is a little hot in here. And as I turned around there was the staff member Nelly no he did not seem to me, but he made sure I had everything I needed from head to tell Give me options of rooms and they’re not leave out. A single detail was beyond what I could expect for what I paid.
Jessenia is the best person ever the most sweetest and kindest person I’ve ever met the best customer service ever!!!
Scotty was a good help always looking out handled everything I needed
Recently took a trip to Milwaukee and stayed at the Port Washington motel 6. Great vibe and clean rooms. Scotty at the front desk was excellent and provided great information about rates. I definitely be back!
