I made a reservation at motel 6 in Slidell La. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. She claimed I was mean mugging her. She was giving me nasty looks and I asked her if there was a problem. She very rudely told me "I was wondering the same about you." My boyfriend asked her name and she told him. "What's yours?" Again very rudely. We asked to speak to her manager. infested with little roaches. climbing all over the walls, floor, beds. clearly asked for non smoking room and was put in smoking. I asked for refund but wss told no. offered to move top another room, "but it has bugs too. they all do" what the heck! well I did get my money back immediately after I took them pictures & video of the problem. We went to Hampton Inn. paid a little bit more not much. But it is great. very clean. no bugs. very worth it.

This motel allowed homeless people to fraudulently use my debit card number. Not only did any of the employees show any remorse, they lied to me. I was told somehow they had stolen my card number, and were booking online. This was not the case. The employees kept running my card for 5 days straight without ever asking to speak to or see the card holder. No apology or refund was offered.
I wasn't informrd that we wo u l dnt have a microwave or mini fridge which I assumed most hotels can accommodate those no coffee pot no hair dryer and of course no breakfast. I called and priced a room for 4 nights for 168$ and after arrival was told by other guests that 6 nights only cost them 200$, but front desk claims no knowledge of this?? why wasn't I informed of the weekly rates when I called and now I just watched the sign outside of bioxli Mississippi change from 45.99 to 53.99????

Room smelled like there was a cigarette smoking contest.
Found 3 dirty needles under mattress, stay by week so only get full room service once a week discovered them when making bed. Also during week of air conditioner replacement crew broke my 3 display travel alarm clock, management on both issues did nothing .
