Place is horrible. We reserved a room 2 weeks ago and when we got here there was someone in our room unreserved and it wreaked of marijuana. Waited 2 hours for nothing and then get 5 people crammed in a one bed room. Currently writing this from the floor. Thanks for nothing Motel 6.
Worst customer service! We made reservations two weeks ago and our room was given to someone who didn’t even book the room and somehow was given a key even though the room wasn’t paid for. Then the front desk proceeded to tell us they had no other rooms and offered to let this other guy in our room pay for it so he could stay and basically told us there wasn’t anything they could do!!! Horrible!!!!!
