excellent services.
It's close to downtown Little Rock and right off of I-40. the channel lineup is far superior to most hotels that I have stayed at. The A/C is super cold and the beds are comfortable.

The rooms have been remodeled in the last year or so. The mattress is surprisingly comfortable, the hot water in the bathroom is hot, they are pet-friendly (no extra charge), the TV is pretty nice with a generous lineup (RCA flat screen in my room), the wifi is decently fast and free, and my non-smoking room doesn't smell like smoke.
This motel 6 was good. Bedroom are large and bed comfortable. Cleanliness was ok and done everyday.
Hotel is in a very convenient location, close to several food options and the interstate.
5 star service. Excellent.
