I understand this is a Motel 6 not the Hilton. But they should have a little standard they want to keep for the guest. I went back 2 times to check into my room. Finally, at 5:30 p.m. I was going to cancel my reservation, then they said oh let me see if I can switch you to another room. Which they still had to go and check to see if that room was clean.
