this firm has 0 contact with you after they "qualify" you to join a lawsuit. its been a year since I accepted my settlement offer and they have had 0 contact with me. I've called the office and was told someone would call me back, never got a call... emailed the address I was told to email in my settlement package and got email back saying my email was "blocked". they are getting 60 k from my suit alone and they can't even tell me what's going on or even respond to me!!!! very frustrating!! if they were in my shoes I bet the... read more

I first called as a joke because I never believed getting a settlement for my mesh was something that could really happen. Then I received the paperwork and again my husband and I laughed because we both thought it was a waste of time, so the paperwork was something I did when I was bored. Then I sent it back and received a call from an extremely sweet and patient lady who managed to convince me it was REAL and I had a REAL case. The staff at Mostyn was always helpful. I had my mesh lawsuit with them and it did take almost 5 years but I did receive my settlement and it was fair. Extra monies were taken out but it was court ordered by the judge in West Virginia. Everytime I called for informtion they were very respectful to me. Thanks Mostyn.....

Mostyn Law went after several pelvic mesh implants and were successful in winning our case among several other clients. After a length of time we received our payments. Mostyn is highly recommended to handle any other occurrence I may face.

I am so sorry to say this been with them for over three year, they where calling me for me to sign paperwork, but did not get any updates I had to call, they got a big settlement, and only got a check today on the mail of 2, 274.38 excuse that my mesh was not as much as others.

I’m in the badder mesh settlement & I’m sorry I ever did business with you guys. In August I sent my packet in, sent pm to mostyn law Tuesday Friday, get reply someone would call me next day. Well here it is Friday & I called you. Come to find out I did not sign a co-council paper so had I NOT called them she informed me she would have let me know eventually, probably next year.
