Stefan and his team did an amazing job at the Middlesex London Health Unit. He was very responsive, was very flexible, and actually showed up on time and completed the work ahead of time. I would strongly recommend Stefan's team to anyone looking for small commercial jobs. Thank you.
Stefan went too fast, with too much paint and ruined the walls. He came back to try to fix it but spent only two hours on a grand entrance and deemed it fixed although it was worse. I've had to hire another company to power and wet sand the walls to knock down the paint overbuild and prime with high-build sanding primer. It is costing me an extra $1500 to prep my grand entrance and it cost me $400 in paint for the original paint job. I am out almost $2000 from Stefan's paint job. These guys were recommended to us by our realtor. Stefan was very nice and professional and we were very impressed with the speed and efficiency of service (Most of our 2 story house done in 2 days, 2 weeks after initial quote). A week later, we thought the accent wall in the sunroom looked a bit streaky in the direct sunlight (we went with a very strong, dark colour). In May 2015 Stefan came to give me a quote on our 16' x 20' deck. We needed it to be powerwashed and sealed. He was polite and gave a quote of $760. When it was done it looked good. He assured me it would last for 3 to 5 years because of the quality of their products. This May 2016 I had him come again because the deck protector on the floor was virtually gone, had grey and white discolorations. The top of the railings were completely grey, no protector at all.
