My family bought a couple of mattresses here, Vince took the time to show us every mattress and answer all of our questions. We looked at other stores, compared prices and products, ultimately bought the Michael model. This is the best mattress I have ever slept on Amazing!
The moment we walked in to the moment it was delivered we had the best experience, customer service was amazing, he helped me choose the best bed for me being a side sleeper, it was MUCH needed, my shoulders were sore in the morning and i couldnt move for a few hours until now after sleeping on the new bed for over a month now, i feel more rested, less sore and MUCH happier. I recommend them to anyone needing a new bed
Vince was amazing! He helped me so much between advising me on what I needed as well as helping me strap it down in my truck :) couldn't have been happier with the service! I recommend them to anyone
Overpriced. Etc less than a year had lumpy bed! Returned for another which was not what I ordered. Be careful no REASONING with this establishment. I'll go elsewhere for other rooms. They charged me 200 for delivery on top of so much aggravation.so I talked to v. Couldn't even speak! Rob was the same way first time and apologized but later on i knew had to agree with him too. Vince Threatening me said if I came in store he'd have me arrested! HUH FOR WHAT? Talk about abuse. Im 73! Omg and hung up. Beware. Shame on yall. Noth... read more
