Dr. Abousayed was one of the most friendly Dr.'s i have ever had, which I appreciated for sure!!! It was sooo funny, when he asked me to go home and hang the picture of my foot xray on my refrigerator, I replied, no room, too many pictures of kids, grandkids and dogs, I've had in my life. He put joy in my heart!!!
Medical care was excellent. Administration was poor due to: a) failing to return my phone call of 2 weeks earlier; and b) asking at check in to verify all my background information, e.g. insurance, when I had already done so online. Duplication disrespects my time and wastes medical provider's.
Darn near took my foot off in March in Montana! Dislocated ankle, torn ligaments, bones in a bajillion pieces. Flew from MT to home in MA for surgery because Dr. Mostafa’s reviews were so glowing and now I know why. I was almost Peg Leg Meg but Dr. Mostafa saved my ankle/ foot! It was a 3.5 hr surgery and he pieced me back together with some new internal jewelry. 7 months later and I’m walking and recovering very well, my mobility is almost to normal!
