This past summer our house almost flooded due to the excessive amount of rainfall. We have never had an issue with flooding before so we did not have insurance. Eric Most is a personal friend of ours and we called him to ask if he knew where we could get sandbags. He did us one better and called his father and one of his employees Corey to come and help us dig trenches in the pouring rain. When an associate is not immediately available, one will receive a call back that same day. All our questions are answered in terms we understand and we have no doubts regarding our coverage.
