Would never do business with them. Poor communications with internet sales staff. Di not return calls, text emails. They played the game with "whack a mole" manager approvals. Typical sleezy used car salesman crap. Tried to rip me off on my trade in offering me over $2000 under trade in book value. Went elsewhere to purchase same exact vehicle with same options for $1000 less and got $3000 more on my trade in. Mossy crooks offered $15,500. I got $18,500 from their competitor. Regular service and maintenance was nice and smooth. Service rep was friendly amd helpful. Good customer service.
Very disappointed. Took my new RAV4 PHEV there to get the hitch installed. Paid 4 times the cost vs 3rd party shop. I wanted to make sure it got done right. I mean, Toyota dealer knows Toyota car the best. After 2 trips (each trip, they took the car apart), months of waiting for parts and keeping the car at the shop for days, they told me that, OOPss sorry, the RAV4 PHEV does not have the hooks to install the electrical harness for the hitch. The employees were nice. However, the price was definitely higher comparing to a different toyota dealership nearby. And the advisors didn’t seem to take time to explain the details of the work and recommendations comparing to my experience at another dealership. The diagnosis seemed to be inconsistent as well. In addition, Was told that my break rotors could not be resurfaced when asked and had to be replaced. However, second opinion at another dealership said otherwise.
