We highly recommend Mossy Oak Properties. They are excellent to deal with, and very attentive to any concerns you may have. We were able take time to read and sign most everything from the leisure of our own home. That means a lot since we have 3 young children. The sale itself went very quickly and smoothly. We will definitely consider them again if we have any other property needs.

Received their letter in the mail. I emailed twice before I got an answer. It has been over three weeks since I was told they would look at my property and give an appraisal and let me know if they were interested in trying to sell it for me. I have heard nothing. I only want to sell 8 acres so I must assume they are only interested in large tracts, wish they would just tell me that up front.
