I purchased land from these guys and I will tell you the reviews are spot on. Do not believe ANYTHING they tell you or your realtor. Get EVERYTHING in writing. One instance in my case was they advertised the property and it’s boundary lines one way and waited till we was in contract and had it surveyed and made it look nothing like they advertised.
