Misappropriated funds for another project they could not complete… the sales associate let us know after he quit bc of not receiving his commission for several fences, apparently they misappropriated funds and did not have the money to pay their Chinese metal supplier… long story short, we waited 10 months for them to come up with the money while they lied to us repeatedly that there was a shipping delay, apparently they just couldn't pay for it since they used our money. Avoid at all costs. I am 9 months into a simple project, which they've been paid in full for 6 months, and still not completed to include permitting inspections.
*****BEWARE OF MOSSY OAK FENCE***** If ZERO stars were an option, that is what Mossy Oak Fence would get! The way these people run a company, I am shocked that they are still in business!! We have been waiting since August to have a fence installed because the sales rep we have been dealing was fired because he wasn't doing his job properly, it says a lot about the type of people they hire!! I have waited some time to write this review. I do not believe in having a knee-jerk reaction to anything, and strive to not do so. The fence was installed in March 2023 and here we are. Hurricane Nicole took down our 24 year old wood fence November 2022. We had been eyeballing other fences in the neighborhood when we first moved in, 2018, and knew Mossy Oak was in the running for lead replacement fence company.
