Installed a white vinyl fence in the rear and side of my yard 100% matching the existing front fence and correcting a large double gate.
Not professional. Attempted to get a quote. Called and spoke with reps multiple times. Waited 2 weeks to no avail.
Not communicative. If you don’t constantly follow up they will not get started. They shift blame on each other or onto you, and they basically said my experience could have been better if I had done it differently instead of I’m sorry we don’t communicate or respond to you reaching out. Misappropriated funds for another project they could not complete… the sales associate let us know after he quit bc of not receiving his commission for several fences, apparently they misappropriated funds and did not have the money to pay their Chinese metal supplier… long story short, we waited 10 months for them to come up with the money while they lied to us repeatedly that there was a shipping delay, apparently they just couldn't pay for it since they used our money.
