Mr Roger Lopez is an experience Senior Service Advisor whom l have been in contact for years. He listen with ease and attention to details. Every Service performed has been to perfection and complete. He keeps me in inform throughout the entire service. Very bad, they changed the oil but they did not tighten the plug , so next day oil was dripping on the ground, I had to take it back to them again. They did not even say sorry. Also there was loud sound coming out from the front tire they said it would cost $450 to get it fixed. Car is new and only had 13k miles on it. I thought it was covered by warranty .Very disappointed !!!! Will never go that dealer ever again, and most probably will sell my nissan and get a Toyota.
