Quick response. Although we didn't get the car, but the experience is good.
March of 2024, I took my 2021 Nissan Rogue to do routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc) and the service department informed me that there was a recall on my car and they were going to fix it. The recall had something to do with the vehicle not shutting down fully and destroying the battery overtime. The service department fixed the recall and informed me my battery was bad. Courteous and informative
I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a used Rogue from Oceanside Mossy Nissan. The used car manager was less than honest about the trade in value of my Nissan Versa as was the salesman who claimed the squeak in the steering was caused by the electronic motor, Came to find out after purchase that was not true and theres a fix for the squeak. You guessed it, they refused to replace the part. Buyer beware seems the used car sales reputation has not changed!

We spoke to several people on the phone to verify the car was available before we drove up there in order to see the car. When we arrived the salesperson promptly told us "oh that car isn't on the lot we don't even have that car. The owner just put it on the Internet." We had driven over 2 hours just to see this car. We were beyond upset at this scam to get people onto the lot.
