My boyfriend was looking for a car so we went to multiple dealerships and we talk to the salesman and the sales manager, but all the salesman was very pushy and so we decided to go mossy Nissan Chula Vista we met a salesman. Very nice man but we were having some problems getting an insurance for his vehicle. I told him it was too much to handle, and I asked him to stop pushing us, but they didnt listen. **************** and the sales manager was not listening. I will never step foot in that dealership again.
Do not buy a Nissan from this dealership, they sell you lemons here and the salesman try to sell the car to other customer's when your waiting to sign the paperwork and pressure you by saying first one to pull the trigger gets it. The Bluetooth does not sync up with any video streaming app's and they lure you to the dealership by telling you the car you wanted is available, but when you get there it sold.

An absolute nightmare of a customer experience with the service department. I brought my car into ******* who seemed very kind and attentive. I truly believe he would take care of my car. Unfortunately they went on to do unnecessary repairs before addressing my first concern that was ignored (I thought the issue might be explained by damage I couldnt see after my car hit a dip and a sensor camera might be damaged). I am writing because of an issue I have with your Mossy Nissan Automotive Group. I had purchased 2 vehicles, a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Versa and a 2019 Nissan Rogue, on 8/21/19 from ***** ****** ** *****. Recently I had a service issue with the Versa that was not resolved to my satisfaction.
