Horrible experience with a simple tire replacement for a tire with a nail in it. They replaced the wrong tire after rotating the tires, moving the flat tire to the drive axle in the process. After some back and forth the finally admitted to the mistake and corrected it. They made me pay for the new tire of course, but also tried to pocket the reimbursement check from my tire insurance company. Would not recommend this service department for even a simple oil change and wish I could give 0 stars.
Best dealer service I've experienced anywhere. Committed to good communication and proactive. This time they found an open recall on my Lightning, contacted me about it, made it super easy to schedule a mobile service visit, and the visit itself was great. I even made a last-minute change to the vehicle location and the tech didn't sweat it at all, even though it wasted at least 20 minutes of his time. Keep it up, Mossy!
Pretty disappointed with my experience here. I have a 2021 Ford Transit 350 AWD that's been converted into a motorhome. I dropped it off on November 25th while I was to be out of town for 10 days. I was hearing a loud clunk every now and then from somewhere in the front suspension/axle area and I needed an alternator load test done to test the max amperage output of my alternator, as I believed something is slightly damaged that is limiting output. Mossy Ford is outstanding. I worked with Mr. Andrew Monroe, he was very friendly and helpful. They repaired my car as quickly as possible and kept me updated throughout the process. They even delivered my car after the service and picked up the rental they had provided while mine was being worked on. Each interaction with them only made the experience better. They went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend—you’re going to love this place!
