Mossy Ford is outstanding. I worked with Mr. Andrew Monroe, he was very friendly and helpful. They repaired my car as quickly as possible and kept me updated throughout the process. They even delivered my car after the service and picked up the rental they had provided while mine was being worked on. Each interaction with them only made the experience better. They went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend—you’re going to love this place!
After a negative experience with Mossy Ford a few weeks ago, Fred, my service advisor fixed the issue with my F150 at no charge. I would definitely go back to Fred at Mossy Ford for my F150 maintenance.
I got my oil changed here and they didn't even reset my oil change indicator light. Not only that, but shortly after my check engine light came on. My drip pan is also missing some fasteners and now makes a noise. I don't trust this service station. The person who checked me in was very nice though.
