Elysium is incredible. The facilities are super cool, the staff is welcoming and friendly. The community is everything. Pure magic going on! I had a friend tell me one day nearly two years ago...You are coming to the gym with me! I said yes. I haven't regretted saying yes. Workouts are tough. They are meant to be. Don't worry about being in shape enough. I wasn't in shape enough then and after some workouts, I still feel that way. I show up anyway. I am not a social person and very much an introvert. I started Elysium during Bring a Friend week in Feb 2024. Later that same week, my dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I almost used it as an excuse not to join, but I can say today that I have been consistently going to early morning workouts for over a year now, and my dad is now cancer free! The coaches meet you where you are, but still encourage and motivate you to be better every day. I’m so thankful for Elysium Training!
