The whole buying experience was very positive. Mir was very easy to communicate and went the extra mile to help clean off a stubborn sticker.
One of the best places you can take your car in San Diego. I'm sure all the service associates are great, but I highly recommend TK. He'll make sure you get the best service without breaking the bank. Even paid for my Lyft from the dealership after dropping off my car for maintenance. Go and see them!
Buyer Beware – Dishonest Practices! Do not buy a car from this dealership. They knowingly sell vehicles with issues and take no accountability once the sale is complete. It's clear they care only about making money, not about the quality of their cars or the satisfaction of their customers. I feel completely scammed. Stay away from this place and take your business somewhere reputable!
Service was excellent. Saw a used 2023 BMW 330i on their website. agreed to numbers over the phone and even had the vehicle delivered 2 hours away. That was awesome. 1 week after purchasing the vehicle all the buttons around the shifter were malfunctioning. the sales guy sent me a picture showing me the BMW was still under factory warranty. I took it to a BMW dealer and they said that was not covered.
