The most drawn-out car buying experience I could imagine. I missed the red flag on day one when I went to test drive, and was passed from person to person, leaving no single person to be accountable for this headache-inducing process. On Thursday, I put a deposit down for a used car, but it still needed windshield replacement and detailing done, so they told me I could pick it up the next day. I called and told Vicente for what I was looking, he asked me to come in to appraised my trade in.
