Buyer beware, this place is a den of snakes. Dishonest, underhanded, and slimy. I went in as a first time buyer and I guess they smelled that on me because they tried every trick in the book. They tried to get me to sign off on over $6000 in hidden fees without even attempting to inform me what I was signing. They gave me an offer on the car which I liked, I shook on it, and signed. Worst experience!
BeAware! I got a Mercedes s450 2018 with a “low market price” - with multiple problems and coolant leak! On the next day i informed about the coolant smell, they promised to fix it , after return policy expired they just refused to fix anything. Managers are super nice with you until you sign all the papers! I will update soon with more details. For the finance they offered 15.9 APR , so i financed with my bank for just 7.2 APR
