Dr. Plastaras and his staff have been so very compassionate, helpful and wonderful to work with. We are moving out of state soon and I will miss Dr. Plastaras a GREAT deal.
The wait time to see the doctor was at 45 minutes. The doctor was pleasant and informative.
Michelle was my lymphedema therapist and my therapist for my knee. She was awesome. A very caring person. Kelly at the front desk is also a awesome person. Loved my sessions when I was there. Felt welcome.
Tried making an appt new pt on line and would not let me, so i called only to sit on hold listening to the most annoying hold music from 8:06 a.m when I called until 8:13 when I hung up because no one ever picked up my call.
