Mike was very easy to work with. What I liked most is how he explained everything he was doing in detail and I learned so much about home maintenance just following him around and asking questions. I especially liked how patient he was and seemed to love to teach me. I think it adds so much value to the work especially as a first time home buyer.
Mike is extremely responsive, professional and detail oriented. He is also kind and easy to work with. I could not give a better reference!

I'm writing this review 10 years later as we hired Mike in 2013. But hey, better late than never right? We bought a home in Jacksonville Florida in 2013 and Mike was the inspector. It was the first home we ever bought and we didn't realize at the time just how lucky we were to hire this guy.
