THREE TIME Returning Customer @ Mossman Brothers Pools – Mossman Brothers Pools has constructed THREE swimming pools for my family over the past 10 years. Each one has been unique and has enhanced our home tremendously. Mossman Brothers completed all work on time and as agreed. I have found them to be among the most honest and ethical businesses I have EVER dealt with. I will not only refer Mossman Brothers to anyone building a pool, but I will use them in the future should I build another home.
Several years ago, I contracted with Mossman Brothers to rebuild my pool and add a spa. The design work went very well, but the construction phase was a mess. The first delay came when the contractors (Mossman itself does not do construction) built the walls of the spa too low for the plumbing. Next, the contractors dropped construction materials into the in-floor vacuum system, so that the pool didn't clean properly. Excellent Pool Builder – Absolutely professional, courteous and way above the industry standard! They are a smaller company, but they give you 100% all the way through. Think twice before going with Mossman – I would not recommend choosing this company for your Pool construction. The sales and design process were fine, after that everything began to fall apart. There were hidden costs that were not explained up front i.e. extra charges for grass removal and the project took well over 2 years to complete from start to finish.
