Be careful this is business is not reliable or trustworthy. Buyer beware. I ordered three custom moss wall pieces from MossFusion about three months ago. The order has shown “Packed & Ready for Pickup” for over a week, but nothing has shipped. I’ve emailed, used the website chat, and called with no response. James and his company are crooks and liars. I ordered a piece that was several thousand dollars, was promised renderings and photos to approve prior to finalizing the piece and delivery. I also paid extra for a 2 week delivery. After months of waiting, the piece randomly arrived, no rendering or photos were ever sent for approval. And after another several weeks of trying to contact the company to express my dissatisfaction in the piece, they sent a label saying I could send it back for a full refund, which I did.
