Had a really bad experience with them. I have been going to them for 4 years and I needed to cancel an appointment for health reasons and they are charging me $50 late fee. I am aware it’s 3 hours before the appointment but if I cannot physically come to the location for valid reason, the fact that I get so many dental work/cleaning done for years don’t matter it seems. Mossdale Dental is a fantastic dental practice in the Mossdale area! My family and I truly appreciate all of the staff, and of course Dr. Tath, for the care they provide. Every time I visit, I am greeted by team members who are always kind, welcoming, and friendly. I’m not sure where to begin. I was nervous to go to the dentist as I knew I needed a root canal. I decided to come to Mossdale as a family member recommended them. love love loved this office! James is such a friendly person to have right in front and made me feel so welcome. Winnie was an amazing assistant and helped me feel so much more comfortable with the whole process of my exam! Dr Tath is extremely thorough and made sure i understood everything i needed before leaving! never felt so comfortable in a dental office :)
I came in to get my permanent retainer fixed, but instead of addressing the reason I scheduled my appointment, Dr. Tath focused on everything else. He brought up removing my wisdom teeth (which I’ve had for 40 years without any issues, and every other dentist has told me not to worry about them) and pushed for a deep cleaning.
