131 E 83rd St needs to upgrade the basement laundry to the FasCard mobile app from a cash system. Other changes have appreciated, even if construction has been delayed.
131 E 83rd St needs work. Glad it's under new ownership, however: (1) What's happening with the lobby renovation? We've received no updates about this. Wallpaper is peeling off and it looks like a mess (2) The upstairs apartment hallways are dated, ugly "millennial gray." It's very unattractive and also need renovations (3) When are we getting electronic laundry machines? (4) The super is, unfortunately, very slow to respond. There's a lot to be desired. I lived at the 207 e 37th street building and I had the most amazing experience living here. The common spaces were always clean and if I ever needed help with something, the building super was just a text message away! Highly recommend the Mossanen Group when looking to rent in NYC!
