I lived at the 207 e 37th street building and I had the most amazing experience living here. The common spaces were always clean and if I ever needed help with something, the building super was just a text message away! Highly recommend the Mossanen Group when looking to rent in NYC!

I lived in the building on 53rd between 2nd and 3rd and I could not recommend the Mossanen Group enough. The building was clean, safe, and the Mossanen group went above and beyond when it came to making sure my living experience was not only enjoyable, but one of a kind. The moment I find out anyone I know is looking to rent in NYC, I always refer them straight to the Mossanen Group!
