Great information and Exercises
Fantastic online workouts and I love that they really are for everyone from beginner to advanced, plus you have the option to a 'bite sized' 10 minute session or go full blast with 60 minutes (30 is also on offer!) Add in great music and a real community feeling and what's not to love
My first group exercise experience of any kind was a Group Centergy in Atlanta somewhere back in 2007-8. Six months after that, I was certified as an instructor.
