I started doing Mossa On Demand during the pandemic. These were the classes I'd taken at the gym, and I loved that there was a way I could do them at home. I love the variety of classes, the various lengths of time, and the ability to customize the difficulty level based on how I'm feeling that day. And now I get to do these classes whenever I want, whether I want to have a baseball game up on a second screen or I'm squeezing something in late at night after a long day at work. It's perfect for what I need.
I can't always make it to the gym, especially through the cold winter months. Doing group power makes me feel like I'm at the gym.

I've now been active for 7 1/2 years, thanks to Mossa's fun and well-rounded workouts and an inspirational team at my Y! I feel better physically and mentally.
