Very poor quality windows. Windows my builder installed are very hard to close, plastic around the windows are separating and the latches don’t even lock. My next home will not have these at all. Terrible product!!
After 2 years the window seals have broken and the windows are all fogging up between the panes. Cannot get Moss to communicate with me via email or phone. They won’t answer the phone. After reading all the negative reviews on this company and their defective windows, need a lawyer to get them to stand up to their so called “window warranty”. Very poor quality windows and customer service. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
Absolutely the worst managed company I have ever dealt with. I ordered windows for a new home I am building for a customer. I ordered in October 2021 with a 6 to 8 week delivery. Today Feb. 28, 2022, they will not even tell me when they will go into production. I canceled the order and went with a more reputable window company. Do Not use this company!! Billy Russell
