I totally disagree with the prior remark. I have used Mr. Rosati in a criminal case several years back and was quite pleased with the outcome. Both he and Mr. Moss certainly worked a miracle for my son as far as I am concerned. They showed me that they did in fact care. Although attorneysand people for that matter of fact, may get lax in their duties once they have gotten a name for themselves Mr. Rosati did not represent himself in that manner. Food for thought!!!! In the criminal system nothing is guaranteed..
Would not recommend. I think he has to many cases going on to focus on one case. He is a fair attorney but I would go with someone who actually cares about you and life, success etc. All he wants to do is make money.
